| David Beckham was born on the 2nd May 1975 and is one of the most famous know football players in the World. Beckham started his playing career at Manchester United and started his first game at the age of 17 in 1992 and continued to play for Man U for another 11 years helping them to win the FA twice, the champions league once and also was a major factor in helping them win the Premier League 6 times. During 2003 Beckham left Man U to sign for Real Madrid and played for them for four seasons winning the La Liga championship in his last season before leaving for Los Angeles Galaxy in 2007 which made him the highest paid player in the history of Major League Soccer. David is
also a member of the English National Squad and earned his 100th cap for his country in March 2008 while playing against the French National Team. |
